I had quite a few issues in my swing while being a solid 10 handicap. I had learned to adapt to my swing until Mark came over to help me out. The stuff he showed me is the process just blew my mind how deep into a golf swing you can go for the best outcome possible. I also got a club fitting from mark since I have never had clubs fit to my swing since I load a shaft a little too much for a standard club. Overall the experience was amazing and Mark is an awesome person who has a great expansion of knowledge to add to your golf world. And please everyone who reads this: DO NOT go to Carls golfland, miles of golf, club champion, dicks sporting goods, or any other place to get fitted because its just highway robbery. I have experienced it too many times and I take my friends who got messed up by those companies and skinned for a ton of money to Mark and they say they have never been happier with their clubs fitted the correct way! Thanks to Mark for being the offspring of the golf gods (Mark you know what I mean)

I struggled with my golf clubs and my swing for years. When we first met, Mark asked me to hit a few shots with my wedge. Within one minute, he identified that I had a reverse pivot. He then spent 30 minutes helping me understand exactly what was causing my issues, my grip, posture, and setup and turn.
Over the years, I’ve been fit for clubs and taken lessons, but Mark was the only person who truly took the time to explain why I was generating so much spin…reverse pivot and amongst other problems in my swing. LOL What I’ve learned is that many so called club fitters selling equipment don’t understand the golf swing, they simply focus on numbers on a screen. How can you be properly fitted!
I also learned that I had been playing shafts that were far too stiff for me. I now hit my irons an average of 12 yards farther and my driver 20 yards farther with less effort! I thought I needed new irons and a new driver, but I didn’t, I just needed the right shaft. This guy truly knows shafts, golf clubs and the golf swing.
Mark was honest about my swing and my equipment. I have never spoken to anyone in the golf business with his level of knowledge.
If you ever have the opportunity to work with Mark, he will change your golf game.

I have taken lessons from others but I feel that the training sessions that I had with Mark were by far better for improving my swing than the others. He is very knowledgeable as most pros are but maybe it is how he explained things that helped me learn and correct some bad swing habits. He also installed new shafts in my irons, they are perfect and my scores this year are proof that he knows his stuff and the days of not knowing what golf swing I might have when I show up at the course are over. When a friend suggested I meet with Mark to have my clubs properly fitted, I didn’t think it was necessary. I thought I had clubs that were just fine and the problem was me. But reluctantly I had Mark redo my entire bag. He explained that my shafts were too short for me. As a tall woman he set me up with longer, softer shafts in all my clubs. I was still skeptical until the moment of truth. On the very first tee box my ball went higher, straighter and longer than it ever had. Throughout that round, the results were truly evident. The best part though was the better I hit, the more confidence I had. And as we all know, golf is a mental game. Mark understands exactly what will work best for each individual. I am so grateful to have met him!

Actual golf swing knowledge

Was referred to Mark from a friend after I was looking for a driver shaft. Mark agreed to meet me and see what I needed,(which I love more than just blindly ordering), so the fun began. He talked me through the grip and posture and ball position, then worked the swing to get the mechanics more in tune. I was in short, a mess you could say. He laid out all the changes he suggested I make and spent the actual time explaining the reality of things to me. Long story short, my entire bag was redone by him, I have never hit so well in all my life. I truly recommend if you are looking for someone to fit you correctly with knowledge, Mark at Parfit is an absolute genius. Bang for buck was good and timeframe was efficient, quality of product and services is absolutely stellar! I will be visiting with mark for the season on some lessons and advice. From now on Mark is the only man I will let make adjustments to my clubs and advice in my head. Thanks a million Mark, you are a true tradesman.

Quite a memorable experience. I learned more in 1 day than I’ve learned in the 25 years I’ve been playing. I’ve applied what I learned and my game is proof! My ball flight is where it needs to be and my mechanics are better. Causing all kinds of problems with members in my league ( losing $$) Mark is quite capable of fixing your swing as well. All you have to do is listen and follow the instructions and you to can be playing from the short grass.Thanks again Mark. Keep them in the fairway!
